People Operations Partner

What you will do

• Own and optimize BambooHR as the single source of truth for global employee data.
• Integrate HRIS with payroll, ATS, Slack, and equity management tools to eliminate manual data entry and improve reporting.
• Standardize onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave programs, perks, and employee support workflows across international markets.
• Monitor labor laws and employment regulations, maintain the Global Employee Handbook, and lead employment-practice audits and risk assessments.
• Establish data standards and develop monthly and quarterly People dashboards covering headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, and retention trends.
• Automate manual People Operations processes and document SOPs to improve scalability and business continuity.

Requirements

• Proven experience transforming scrappy, manual operations into automated and scalable systems.
• Deep experience with US and international labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, data integrity, workflows, and operational infrastructure.
• A zero-error mindset regarding employee data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Ability to work remotely within the EMEA region.
