TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (SaaS/Risk Advisory): Leading technical sales cycles and product demonstrations for enterprise firms with an accent on articulating value propositions and leading technical validations. Focus on orchestrating Proof of Value phases, managing customer objections, and influencing the product roadmap based on market needs.

Location: Remote (USA) or San Francisco, CA

Compensation: OTE $120K – $235K

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to articulate the value proposition and strategy to enterprise prospects.
  • Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value (POV) phase to increase sales velocity.
  • Conduct persuasive product demonstrations for C-suite executives based on key business issues.
  • Manage discovery processes to uncover customer requirements and resolve technical objections.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to solve challenging technical problems.
  • Provide insights to product management to influence the roadmap based on industry trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in risk advisory or assurance (must-have).
  • Proven experience presenting to C-suite executives with high poise and confidence.
  • Proficiency with leading CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Deep industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards.
