Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Canada; candidates must be based near a major airport or metropolitan area and be willing to travel 40–50% of the time

Annual salary: $125,000–$185,000 CAD, plus benefits, equity where applicable, and bonus where applicable

What you will do

• Present hirify.global’s platform and mission to prospective and existing customers.
• Build tailored product demonstrations and data workflows from scratch for specific customer use cases.
• Lead introductory and technical discussions, requirements gathering, demonstrations, scoping, pricing, and contracting dialogues.
• Architect solutions that address customers’ unique technical and workflow challenges.
• Convert field use cases and success stories into product positioning and customer-facing narratives.
• Develop content, systems, and processes that support new business conversations and train other team members.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technical consulting.
• Technical or engineering background, preferably in computer science, data science, or another quantitative field.
• Significant pre-sales experience with customer discussions, technical presentations, demonstrations, scoping, pricing, and contracting.
• Experience with data analysis and data visualization for compelling business storytelling.
• Experience collaborating across product design, software engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing.
• Based in Canada near a major airport or metropolitan area; willing to travel 40–50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in public safety, emergency management, or national security environments.
• Experience communicating with executive, operational, and technical audiences.
