Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 Annually + Benefits + Equity + Bonus.

What you will do

• Evangelize hirify.global's AI-enabled product and mission to potential customers.
• Craft tailored narratives and strategic positioning for customers through use cases and market intelligence.
• Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations and data workflows from scratch.
• Distill complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with business development teams to gather requirements and lead technical discussions.
• Architect solutions addressing customer's unique technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years experience in enterprise software/SaaS or technical consulting.
• Technical or engineering background, preferably in computer science, data science, or other quantitative fields.
• Excellent communication skills across executive, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Significant experience working with clients in a pre-sales capacity (introductory/technical discussions, demonstrations, scoping, pricing, and contracting).
• Experience working in a cross-functional project capacity across product design, software engineering, customer success, sales and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in public safety, emergency management, and/or national security environments.
