TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Raleigh, USA

Salary: $165,000–$180,000 OTE (including salary and variables)

What you will do

  • Support Account Executives by acting as a consultative technical expert in customer evaluation processes.
  • Effectively plan and execute discovery calls to identify customer problems and needs.
  • Develop strong technical relationships with various customer teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Communicate the value of hirify.global products through presentations and live/online demonstrations.
  • Manage technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) both onsite and offsite.
  • Collaborate on and present custom product demonstrations to support the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales working with enterprise customers in a technical pre-sales, Solution Advisor, or Sales Engineer role.
  • Ability to examine, interpret, and articulate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with SAP products and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience building and presenting demo environments for customers at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies and business context.
  • Strong team player mindset and positive attitude.
