What you will do

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
  • Generate qualified leads and build relationships with founders, CTOs, CEOs, and Product Owners.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present the company's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to the signed contract.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM (HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in selling custom software development, IT outsourcing, or dedicated development teams.
  • Proven track record of winning new B2B clients through strong outbound sales.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and utilizing CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Existing network of decision-makers in Europe, North America, or UAE.
  • Experience selling AI, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
  • Experience working in distributed or international teams.
