What you will do
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients via LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and build relationships with founders, CTOs, CEOs, and Product Owners.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present the company's value proposition.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to the signed contract.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM (HubSpot, Odoo, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in selling custom software development, IT outsourcing, or dedicated development teams.
- Proven track record of winning new B2B clients through strong outbound sales.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience managing long sales cycles and utilizing CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Existing network of decision-makers in Europe, North America, or UAE.
- Experience selling AI, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software projects.
- Experience working in distributed or international teams.
