What you will do
- Identify, target, and secure high-value enterprise clients for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom development solutions.
- Run solution selling by translating client business needs into tailored Salesforce and MuleSoft proposals for digital transformation.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Own client engagement and relationship management with C-suite executives (CIO/CTO/Heads of IT and Digital Transformation leaders).
- Lead consultative selling with pre-sales architects and technical teams to create technical roadmaps and business cases.
- Drive negotiations, contract closure, and RFP participation; coordinate handovers with delivery and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably selling Salesforce, MuleSoft, or other enterprise software solutions.
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets in complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Experience engaging C-suite executives and senior IT decision-makers.
- Ability to lead complex sales processes, including stakeholder management, objection handling, and deal negotiations.
- Fluent Arabic (required).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate technical solutions in a business-oriented manner.
