What you will do

• Lead and scale accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, and close operations.
• Own and optimize the monthly and quarterly close process to drive accountability and reduce cycle time.
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and segregation of duties across the organization.
• Partner with Finance Systems and IT to enhance ERP processes, automation, and reporting.
• Manage critical relationships with external auditors, consultants, and outsourced partners.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting operations team capable of supporting rapid global growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations, controllership, or corporate accounting.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, close, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Proven leadership experience in high-growth or multinational environments.
• Experience with ERP transformation and operational accounting processes.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (compliance with EAR regulations).
• CPA qualification and experience in complex product-based industries are strongly preferred.
