What you will do

• Maintain general ledgers and supporting schedules for real asset funds using the Yardi platform.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE standards.
• Process capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and NAV calculations.
• Coordinate and review property-level data and valuations for consolidation at the fund level.
• Support annual audit and tax processes through coordination with auditors and tax advisors.
• Mentor junior team members and perform quality reviews of their work.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the fund administration industry or audit.
• Experience working with real asset structures such as Property, REIT, SPV, JV, or Co-Invest.
• Proficiency with Yardi or similar professional accounting software.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
