What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Identify active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, networking, and internal databases.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
• Act as a consultative partner to guide teams in building high-performing structures.
• Coordinate with People Operations to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven in-house full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience working within an early-stage SaaS business.
• Extensive sourcing expertise using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and GitHub.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and managing stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to operate independently.
