Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (mainly looking for candidates based in Germany)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team (Tech, Data, Finance, People & Commercial).
  • Act as a senior talent advisor to leadership across the organization.
  • Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent and anticipate market risks.
  • Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles and evolve hiring guidelines.
  • Strengthen and optimize recruiting operations and processes.
  • Scale the TA function in alignment with company growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing high-impact talent acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional skills in sourcing, assessment, and calibration.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Systems mindset with a focus on improving the overall operational machine.
  • Track record of building pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a global footprint.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data analysis to measure the impact of hiring initiatives.
  • High proficiency with ATS tools and maintaining data accuracy.
