Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (mainly looking for candidates based in Germany)

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team (Tech, Data, Finance, People & Commercial).
- Act as a senior talent advisor to leadership across the organization.
- Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent and anticipate market risks.
- Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles and evolve hiring guidelines.
- Strengthen and optimize recruiting operations and processes.
- Scale the TA function in alignment with company growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing high-impact talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional skills in sourcing, assessment, and calibration.
- Strong business acumen and comfort collaborating with senior leaders.
- Systems mindset with a focus on improving the overall operational machine.
- Track record of building pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a global footprint.
Nice to have
- Experience in data analysis to measure the impact of hiring initiatives.
- High proficiency with ATS tools and maintaining data accuracy.
