What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across departments and seniority levels for Munich and Warsaw offices.
• Act as the primary talent partner for assigned business units to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Contribute to strategic TA initiatives and OKRs to elevate recruiting setup and funnel quality.
• Leverage GenAI to make recruiting workflows more efficient, structured, and scalable.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Serve as a sparring partner on Polish employment law and general P&C topics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Professional fluency in both English and Polish.
• Solid working knowledge of Polish labour law.
• Experience recruiting within the Polish and/or German markets.
• Strong affinity for data, AI tools, and process improvements.
• Must be based in Warsaw.

• Fluency in German.
