What you will do

  • Administer international assignments, permanent transfers, and remote working arrangements.
  • Manage mobility case files and coordinate processes with employees and external service providers.
  • Ensure global tax and social security compliance through cross-border employee and business traveller reviews.
  • Liaise with payroll teams to support expatriate payroll administration, including shadow and modified payroll.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on mobility policies and research local requirements in new territories.
  • Produce mobility reports and analytics and create high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or Expatriate Services.
  • Proven experience supporting international assignments and employee mobility programmes.
  • Exposure to immigration, tax, or social security compliance activities.
  • Deep understanding of A1 applications, OECD tax treaty principles, and reciprocal social security agreements.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across a variety of geographies and disciplines.
  • Strong administration and project coordination skills.
