What you will do
- Administer international assignments, permanent transfers, and remote working arrangements.
- Manage mobility case files and coordinate processes with employees and external service providers.
- Ensure global tax and social security compliance through cross-border employee and business traveller reviews.
- Liaise with payroll teams to support expatriate payroll administration, including shadow and modified payroll.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on mobility policies and research local requirements in new territories.
- Produce mobility reports and analytics and create high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or Expatriate Services.
- Proven experience supporting international assignments and employee mobility programmes.
- Exposure to immigration, tax, or social security compliance activities.
- Deep understanding of A1 applications, OECD tax treaty principles, and reciprocal social security agreements.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across a variety of geographies and disciplines.
- Strong administration and project coordination skills.
