What you will do

  • Manage and monitor immigration cases through case management and billing systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance on immigration compliance, business travel, and sponsorship cases.
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
  • Mentor Mobility Specialists and Coordinators and lead senior-level escalations.
  • Monitor immigration law changes to ensure ongoing compliance and update internal documentation.
  • Assist leadership in managing large-scale mobility projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility, specifically for the United Kingdom.
  • In-depth understanding of immigration processes and regulatory compliance.
  • English: Fluent (C1) required.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Previous experience working in a hirify.global-first environment.
