What you will do

• Engage with prospective customers across LATAM to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Conduct high-level prospecting through cold calling and event recruitment to identify key decision makers.
• Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global's AI security platform to senior executives.
• Achieve quarterly and annual KPIs by methodically executing sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to support new business growth.
• Organize and book one-to-one meetings at customer sites and industry trade shows.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proven expertise in cold calling and handling objections effectively.
• Ability to analyze account data to strategically map territories and manage execution.
• Mastery of sales tools including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Track record of consistently achieving sales quotas.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in the Phoenix office).
