Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do
- Book meetings for Field Sales Reps to build the sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and convert them into actionable sales opportunities.
- Execute outbound lead generation via phone, email, and social media.
- Research target organizations and identify key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams on strategic projects.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and discovery skills for senior-level engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the NYC Metro area.
