What you will do

• Collaborate with suppliers to collect high-quality product data and curate campaign selections.
• Review and optimize campaign quality to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Manage product setup, descriptions, and sorting to maximize commercial performance.
• Share insights and best practices within the Retail Campaigns team to raise quality standards.
• Identify emerging design trends and brands to proactively bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns from initial concept to final execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Retail, or a related field.
• Strong affinity for e-commerce, Home & Living, and Design.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Munich office.
