What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Manage transactional purchasing, e-sourcing, master data management, and overall operational procurement activities.
• Drive the application of procurement strategies to improve cost efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability.
• Monitor KPIs, identify operational challenges, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Oversee purchasing operations to manage risk exposure related to commercial terms and supplier performance.
• Optimize procurement and supply chain digital tools and ERP systems to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Operations.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing people in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Italian and English.
