Material Planner (Aviation)

What you will do

• Place and track aircraft spare-parts orders required for maintenance events.
• Monitor material availability and provide updates to maintenance teams.
• Execute operational procurement and logistics activities related to aircraft material supply.
• Manage spare-parts inventory according to group policies and goals.
• Maintain master and transactional data and ensure material compliance with aviation standards.
• Coordinate daily with vendors, warehouses, maintenance engineers, logistics providers, planners, and aviation engineers across European stations and offices.

Requirements

• Experience, including a few years of experience, in supply chain, logistics, or aviation.
• Knowledge of logistics and purchasing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced IT skills and strong user-level experience with an ERP system.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; an engineering background is preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, required.
