What you will do
- Implement sales, profitability, and growth targets through a targeted key customer approach.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders through strategic account management.
- Promote product solutions actively within the hospital sector.
- Act as the primary contact for hospital pharmacists, physicians, and health economics decision-makers.
- Analyze market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical sales representative in accordance with §75 AMG.
- Proven experience in hospital sales or Pharmaceutical Key Account Management.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital structures and decision-making processes.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
