What you will do

  • Build and expand business presence in Italy, focusing on drugstores, pharmacies, online retail, and grocery partners.
  • Manage existing customers and acquire new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product proposals.
  • Plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials, and sampling campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and new distribution opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Italy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce teams.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or health.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape, including pharmacy and drugstore channels.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude and a structured way of working.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, CRM systems, and AI tools.

Nice to have

  • Spanish language proficiency.
  • Specific knowledge of mechanics and decision processes within pharmacy and parapharmacy channels.
