What you will do

  • Create qualified outbound pipeline for the Upper Mid-Market segment via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tactics.
  • Run marketing-owned outbound and ABM motions, including account research, multi-touch sequencing, and personalized outreach.
  • Use tools like Gong Engage and Salesforce to manage sequences, track activity, and prioritize accounts.
  • Research target accounts, identify buying signals, and start relevant conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Qualify opportunities by fit, urgency, business need, and buying potential, then ensure a high-quality handover to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Enablement to improve outbound strategy and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 9–15 months of experience in a BDR/SDR/Inside Sales or similar customer-facing sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong outbound fundamentals: cold calling, email sequencing, account research, objection handling, and qualification.
  • Confidence engaging decision-makers and creating meaningful first conversations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Structured, organized working style with the ability to manage multiple accounts, sequences, and priorities.
  • Comfort using sales tools/CRMs and modern outbound technologies to improve productivity and quality.
