Location: Must be based in London, UK (Onsite 5 days a week)

What you will do

  • Run day-to-day HR operations for the EMEA region, including systems, immigration, and global mobility.
  • Manage UKVI compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain the HRIS (Workday) and other HR tools to ensure data integrity.
  • Oversee EMEA benefits programs and manage relationships with third-party brokers.
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll to manage compensation cycles and employee inquiries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and handle sensitive employee relations issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations or as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience working within the EMEA region.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, Rippling, or Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in the London office.
  • High integrity and maturity for handling confidential information.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling HR operations at a growth-stage startup.
  • Proficiency in one or more European languages (German, French, or Spanish).
  • Experience working for a US-based company.
