What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end ER caseload, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial workplace investigations into misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
  • Advise employees and managers on the interpretation and application of company policies and employment law.
  • Coach people managers through performance management, PIPs, and difficult conversations.
  • Develop and revise People policies to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict-resolution sessions between individuals or teams.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience as an Employee Relations practitioner.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and European employment law (including GDPR and works council obligations).
  • Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and consulting skills across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Ability to execute independently while contributing to broader global HR strategy.
  • Sound judgement regarding colleague experience, organizational impact, and risk.
  • Location: Must be based in London/EMEA.

  • Solid grounding in US employment law (ADA, ADEA, FMLA).
