What you will do

• Consult key merchants and payment partners to align product suites with their long-term business objectives.
• Drive commercial evolution by identifying high-value opportunities for expansion, integration, and solution adoption.
• Utilize deep data analytics to provide partners with actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Global Product, Risk, and Engineering teams to refine the merchant journey for the US market.
• Represent the company at high-level industry engagements, building trust and expertise.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure flawless execution and fiscal excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Payments, Acquiring, or Fintech Partnerships.
• Proven track record of growing multi-million dollar portfolios through strategic upselling and negotiation.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into compelling narratives for executive decision-making.
• Proactive, resilient self-starter comfortable in high-velocity environments.
• High-EQ collaborator with a commitment to professional excellence.
• Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto, CA.
