What you will do

  • Act as a consultative advisor to existing customers to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with CFOs and other executive-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct assessments to understand customer pain points and develop transformation roadmaps.
  • Execute the hirify.global sales playbook to consistently achieve monthly sales targets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate action plans and ensure customer product adoption.
  • Attend on-site client meetings and represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS/technology Account Management handling complex accounts.
  • Proven track record of using consultative selling tactics to expand a digital footprint.
  • Experience communicating complex value frameworks to senior executives.
  • Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA.
  • Ability to travel to local and regional client sites up to 50% of the time.
