Location: Hybrid (Must be based in one of the approved US office locations). Requires in-person attendance at least three days per week.
Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do
- Lead active prospecting and business origination to acquire new middle market and Fortune 1000 clients.
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, including COs, Directors, and Officers.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to grow recurring outsourced services revenue.
- Orchestrate complex Advisory deals, translating client needs into integrated, market-facing solutions.
- Negotiate pricing strategies and champion practical AI adoption in pursuit narratives.
- Maintain rigorous operational discipline using CRM tools to track activities and pipeline health.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of overall sales experience, with at least 5 years selling BPO professional services.
- Proven track record as a top-producing salesperson exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Experience hunting new logo accounts through outbound campaigns and networking.
- Deep understanding of back-office operations (Accounting, Customer Service) and nearshore/offshore models.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
