Compensation: $240K - $350K OTE (includes base + variable)

What you will do
- Deliver double-digit YOY growth for key accounts through structured planning and expanded offerings.
- Position the company as a strategic partner for AI transformation specifically for CXO-level stakeholders.
- Achieve revenue targets in collaboration with the Custodian of Client Success.
- Build and maintain warm relationships with client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business heads.
- Lead procurement and legal negotiations to secure and expand engagements.
- Collaborate with engineering and capability teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client references.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of experience in key account leadership or similar roles.
- Proven track record of managing accounts with a valuation of $20M+ for professional services firms.
- AI fluency within an industry context to lead value-led transformation conversations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to construct and defend complex business cases.
- Expertise in procurement and legal negotiations.
- Ability to credibly engage and influence C-level executives.
