Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year, plus bonus

What you will do

• Draft, edit, publish, and maintain accurate customer- and developer-facing product documentation.
• Own and improve an AI-assisted workflow for collecting source material, drafting content, verification, and publication.
• Improve content structure, information architecture, terminology, and navigability.
• Create reusable style guides, templates, and contribution workflows for scalable content production.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketing, support, and other stakeholders to document product changes.
• Identify documentation and process gaps and implement automation and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer or technical support professional with a writing component in a B2B SaaS or similar technical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building repeatable processes and scalable workflows for documentation, content, or operations.
• Experience with documentation systems, style guides, or content standards, with a strong focus on consistency and quality.
• Solid understanding of knowledge base and CMS tools.
• Ownership mindset, solution-oriented approach, and comfort working through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for writing and content workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

Hiring process
