Senior Technical Trainer (SaaS)

Location: United States; training may be delivered onsite or virtually and may require domestic and international travel, extended workdays, and flexibility across time zones.

Salary: $85,000–$157,000 USD per year, depending on location, experience, skills, and job family.

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, classroom, blended, workshop, and technical bootcamp training for customers, implementation partners, employees, and platform users.
• Design, develop, publish, and continuously improve technical course content, learning activities, labs, assessments, and documentation.
• Manage classroom delivery, learner activities, communications, support requests, assignments, schedules, and training service tickets.
• Proctor and review certification exams, guide technical certification tracks, maintain certification status, and support certification drives.
• Partner with subject matter experts, Product, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure customers and partners can successfully implement hirify.global solutions.
• Collect CSAT, NPS, training metrics, and performance data; use AI-enabled tools to improve content, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training and designing technical instructor-led courses for data-management, SaaS, or PaaS products.
• Experience with cloud-based APIs, API tools such as Postman, and JSON.
• Experience with ETL technologies and processes, data modeling, and NoSQL data stores.
• Project or program management experience, including ownership of deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, classroom-management, and technical-concept translation skills; experience with LMS, Jira, Monday.com, MS Office, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with MDM, data quality, data management, or data stewardship.
• Experience developing role-based certification programs.
