Sr. Learning Content Strategist (AI)

Salary: $112,000–$156,500 total cash annually, with potential pay up to $179,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Determine whether performance gaps require courses, in-the-flow support, knowledge solutions, or no new build.
• Set content standards, templates, quality gates, and build specifications for contributors, subject matter experts, contractors, and AI-assisted authors.
• Design and develop courses, learning content, communications, digests, knowledge operations, and scenario-based practice experiences.
• Lead intake, triage, delegation, project planning, prioritization, and lifecycle management for an assigned portfolio.
• Govern AI-assisted content for accuracy, currency, discoverability, source traceability, and safe use by AI systems and agents.
• Evaluate learning tools, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, support platform decisions, and implement workflow automation improvements.

Requirements

• Applied knowledge of adult learning theory and hands-on instructional design and course development experience.
• Strong judgment in content quality, prioritization, business value, systems thinking, and solving ambiguous requests.
• Experience organizing content in systems such as GitHub and Confluence.
• Project management skills covering intake, triage, delegation, and plan maintenance.
• Experience evaluating content for AI readiness, including accuracy, source traceability, and machine usability.
• Stakeholder management, prioritization, negotiation, de-escalation, leadership communication, and standards-setting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing in-the-flow performance support with digital adoption or learning platforms.
• Experience evaluating learning and content tools outside an existing platform stack.
• Travel industry content experience, particularly in flights or lodging.
• Technical writing, AI-enabled content maintenance, or AI-simulated practice design experience.
