What you will do

  • Act as the primary UK contact for sales coordination and customer service support.
  • Manage relationships with existing enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, manufacturers, and distribution partners to configure solutions and process orders.
  • Support operational sales processes, including vendor registrations and quotation preparation.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and tender responses (RFPs/RFIs).
  • Develop knowledge of IT industry trends and obtain relevant product certifications.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting enterprise/blue-chip clients with annual spend over £1 million.
  • Proven ability to handle high-value commercial transactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.

Nice to have

  • Experience with vendor systems like Cisco, Dell, Juniper, Palo Alto, HPE, or Nutanix.
  • Background working for an IT reseller or channel partner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.
