TL;DR

Customer Account Manager (SaaS): Driving growth and managing client relationships for tax technology solutions in the EMEA region with an accent on cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account planning. Focus on building executive-level partnerships, leveraging AI-driven workflows, and collaborating with Customer Success to ensure long-term retention and revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in the UK, with a hybrid requirement of 1-2 days per week in the London or Brighton office.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Build lead generation campaigns and network with stakeholders up to the executive level.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and webinars to showcase tax technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service fees to achieve monthly booking goals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce for sales forecasting, risk analysis, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales of managed services, SaaS, or VAT-related services.
  • Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Knowledge of Indirect Tax or VAT regulations.
  • Experience in territory and account planning with the ability to balance multiple opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using AI and AI-related technologies to improve business efficiency.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London or Brighton office 1-2 days per week.
