What you will do
- Nurture and convert qualified leads from SDRs and inbound marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the hospitality and retail sectors.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations to showcase value.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from first contact through to onboarding.
- Identify additional prospecting opportunities and collaborate with SDRs to improve lead qualification.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is a must requirement.
- Proven experience managing a full 360° sales cycle.
- Experience in technology-related industries such as SaaS, cloud solutions, POS, or e-commerce.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in sales or business development.
- Experience with outbound sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
