Salary: $78,000 - $125,000 USD base + 15% variable compensation

What you will do
- Drive regional growth through the acquisition of new veterinarians and re-engagement of inactive users.
- Build relationships with independent veterinary professionals to understand their preferences, availability, and goals.
- Match veterinarians to relevant hospital shifts based on skill fit, geography, and timing.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach using phone, text, email, and LinkedIn via structured, data-driven workflows.
- Manage and prioritize a prospect pipeline within HubSpot.
- Lead local recruitment and networking events, such as CE dinners and happy hours, to drive awareness.
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales, business development, or recruiting with high-volume outbound experience.
- CRM fluency, specifically managing pipelines and sequences in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Comfort with data-informed workflows, using reports and engagement signals to prioritize activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for persuasive discovery conversations and cold outreach.
- Startup DNA with a comfort for ambiguity and the ability to iterate quickly.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or staffing/marketplace industries.
- Proven ability to build trust and relationships with freelancers and gig workers.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools like Claude and ChatGPT for managing workflows.
- Track record of exceeding outbound KPIs in a metrics-driven environment.
- Experience planning and executing local field events as an acquisition channel.
