What you will do

  • Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities within the life sciences sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and provide regular face time with key decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
  • Develop actionable account plans based on a deep appreciation of the client's business challenges and organizational structure.
  • Refine the company's business development approach to increase efficiencies and closing rates.
  • Drive revenue growth to align with company objectives by closing complex business deals.

Requirements

  • Based in the United Kingdom (Greater London/Cambridgeshire preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven experience selling full-service CRO services to global clients.
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
  • Strong negotiation and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • BA, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
