What you will do
- Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities within the life sciences sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and provide regular face time with key decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Develop actionable account plans based on a deep appreciation of the client's business challenges and organizational structure.
- Refine the company's business development approach to increase efficiencies and closing rates.
- Drive revenue growth to align with company objectives by closing complex business deals.
Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom (Greater London/Cambridgeshire preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales and account management.
- Proven experience selling full-service CRO services to global clients.
- Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
- Strong negotiation and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal.
- BA, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
