What you will do

• Design and implement technology solutions across client-facing domains using the Appian platform.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
• Develop custom applications specifically for the Insurance and InsurTech sectors.
• Build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices within the Insurance Division.
• Partner with architects and delivery teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 2+ years of experience delivering custom solutions using the Appian platform.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to accommodate a working schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm EST.
