What you will do

• Develop scalable software architectures to analyze liquidity data and predict financial scenarios.
• Build automated tools and metric calculators to support business decision-making and reduce interest expenses.
• Implement quantitative and technical risk management solutions within the firm's treasury systems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to understand financial market requirements.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for critical treasury applications.
• Lead projects and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in software development, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience designing complex, distributed, and scalable systems.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Willingness to learn proprietary systems including SecDB and Slang.

Nice to have

• Strong programming experience in Java and familiarity with Python.
• Prior experience in financial markets, financial assets, or liquidity management.
• Proven track record of leading projects and coaching team members.
