What you will do

• Develop social playbooks and define strategy across content, channels, and creative approaches for multiple brands.
• Create and publish platform-optimized content, including short-form video and UGC curation.
• Manage and grow communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Conduct social listening to identify content opportunities, cultural moments, and emerging trends.
• Track and analyze KPIs, delivering monthly reporting with clear actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with food influencers and cross-functional teams to amplify brand reach.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing social media accounts and communities end-to-end, ideally in an agency environment.
• Experience with multicultural audiences, haircare, or food consumer brands.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills across various formats and platform voices.
• Fluency in social analytics and listening tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Brandwatch.
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for content ideation, copy drafting, and image generation.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
