What you will do

  • Execute social-first content strategies across platforms like IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Lead social media shoots from pre-production to post-production.
  • Monitor trends and memes to engage with the community in real-time using brand-appropriate voices.
  • Partner with internal influencer teams to integrate social and influencer strategies.
  • Manage client success and nurture strong relationships to ensure campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm innovative content ideas.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Previous agency experience managing client accounts is required.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing social media presence for large B2C brands.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social media management tools like hirify.global, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
