What you will do

• Implement new programs including SOR preparation, forecasting, and robotics design.
• Oversee design, construction, and installation of plant equipment through successful launch and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and integrate new controls technologies such as PLC, HMI, and vision systems.
• Manage program timing milestones and provide reports to senior management.
• Support existing sites via troubleshooting and technical guidance for junior engineers.
• Develop and test advanced process technology for electrical control systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience as a Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with PLC ladder logic and hardware design.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, STEM OPT, etc.) now or in the future.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of specific PLC work experience.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens systems.
• Mechatronics degree or specialized training.
