What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates and communication.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details based on compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments in Fuzhou.
• Working proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English for daily business communication.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
