What you will do

• Source and attract qualified candidates using various networks, databases, and job boards.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and contractors.
• Post and monitor job openings to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
• Utilize the Bullhorn database to track candidate activity and manage requirements.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high-quality standards for contract personnel.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical, engineering, or high-volume contract roles.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Proven track record in recruitment or phone-based sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, team-driven environment.
