What you will do

• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate roadmap creation and data analysis.
• Coordinate complex product initiatives, managing stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end customer and field feedback processes to influence product planning.
• Design scalable operational frameworks to improve team efficiency and execution velocity.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience creating AI-powered workflows and using automation tools.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
