Annual Salary: $240,000 - $260,000 USD

What you will do

• Synthesize voice of customer feedback and route it strategically to product teams.
• Create engagement points with partners across the product lifecycle and establish user understanding via metrics, dashboards, and hypotheses.
• Streamline decision points, support team rhythms like offsites and business reviews, and improve product development processes and tooling.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Run Early Access Programs, beta programs, launch motions, and maintain cross-team roadmap visibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product operations, program management, or related roles in hyper-scaling tech companies
• Mission-aligned with building safe and beneficial AI systems
• Track record of building and scaling processes from 0 to 1
• Experience with AI and frontier models
• Strong cross-functional partnership, analytical skills, and managing complex initiatives in ambiguous environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field
