Staff Product Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the development and delivery of data-driven roadmap presentations.
• Build AI-native workflows using Claude Code to automate roadmap assembly and surface insights from product data.
• Manage cross-functional projects and provide program management for major product initiatives.
• Serve as the primary interlock with Marketing and Support to ensure coordinated planning and shared visibility.
• Own the end-to-end process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer and field feedback.
• Leverage AI workflows to monitor feedback channels, auto-categorize inputs, and identify emerging themes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations in an enterprise software environment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows and proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a track record of delivering complex, high-priority initiatives.
• Strong command of collaboration tools including Jira, Asana, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex topics into clear narratives for executive leadership.
