What you will do

• Support product planning and operating processes, including roadmap reviews, intake workflows, and release coordination.
• Maintain and improve team processes, templates, and documentation to promote consistency and execution quality.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Design to support alignment and effective decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility into delivery progress and product health.
• Identify manual workflows and recommend improvements through process refinement and automation.
• Implement and scale practical AI use cases to improve research, synthesis, and knowledge access.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product operations, product management, or consulting within a software environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience supporting planning, coordination, and reporting for cross-functional teams.
• Analytical capability with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured documentation.
• Comfort learning and applying generative AI and workflow automation tools in day-to-day work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Fluency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, airfocus, Pendo, or Power BI.
• Experience supporting SaaS or system-of-record software environments.
• Track record operating in builder-led environments where speed and iteration are prioritized.
