TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Building and scaling internal AI agents and automation infrastructure with an accent on hands-on prototyping and cross-functional workflow discovery. Focus on defining product vision for internal AI platforms, ensuring system reliability, and driving adoption across finance, sales, and operations teams.

Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada

Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Run discovery across finance, sales, support, and ops to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Build working prototypes of agents and automations using AI tools to validate requirements.
  • Translate prototypes into well-defined technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Define quality standards, including evals, guardrails, and observability for AI-driven systems.
  • Drive internal adoption of built automations and iterate based on team feedback.
  • Set the long-term vision and roadmap for internal AI agents and platform growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Professional software engineering experience with a focus on production software and security.
  • Deep, hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered systems and building with agent frameworks.
  • Proven track record of owning products end-to-end from 0-to-1.
  • Strong business acumen to identify automatable processes within non-technical departments.
  • Outstanding written communication skills for a documentation-first culture.
