TL;DR

Manager, Customer Operations (AI): Leading post-sales operations and lifecycle programs to drive customer retention and growth with an accent on AI-driven workflows and agentic automation. Focus on designing scalable processes, managing renewal forecasting, and leveraging data to optimize the customer journey.

Location: Must be based in the United States (preference for Seattle or Atlanta).

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and implement customer-centric processes to support onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Develop and deploy AI and agentic workflows to identify churn risks and expansion signals early.
  • Manage weekly renewal forecasting in partnership with Customer Success leadership.
  • Build digital and tech-touch strategies to drive engagement across the user base.
  • Lead and grow a team while communicating insights to executive leadership.
  • Analyze customer data to produce health scoring and actionable metrics for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations.
  • At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation in a customer-facing context.
  • Fluency with Salesforce and hirify.global platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to measure process impact.
