What you will do
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform including user, group, and role management.
- Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and execute troubleshooting and remediation.
- Lead platform upgrade planning, patch management, and post-upgrade validation activities.
- Manage platform security, including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and compliance governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SAFe environment to deliver continuous improvements.
- Maintain system documentation, administrative procedures, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Proficiency with core modules such as ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
- Strong expertise in platform configuration, security, and instance administration.
- Experience working within an Agile SAFe environment and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
