What you will do

  • Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform including user, group, and role management.
  • Monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and execute troubleshooting and remediation.
  • Lead platform upgrade planning, patch management, and post-upgrade validation activities.
  • Manage platform security, including Access Control Lists (ACLs) and compliance governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SAFe environment to deliver continuous improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation, administrative procedures, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • Proficiency with core modules such as ITSM, CSM, or HRSD.
  • Strong expertise in platform configuration, security, and instance administration.
  • Experience working within an Agile SAFe environment and cloud-based enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
