TL;DR
ServiceNow Developer (ITSM): Implementing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across client environments with an accent on configuration, design, and integration. Focus on building functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer to deliver ITSM, CSM, and ITOM outcomes.
Location: Office-based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. Must have minimum baseline clearance.

What you will do
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and customer requirements.
- Develop functionality using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Implement and support modules including ITSM, CSM, and ITOM.
- Build integrations utilizing Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews to ensure system quality and security.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and clients to deliver technical outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow data models.
- Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and data imports.
- Minimum baseline clearance is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile teams.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
- Integration Hub Fundamentals certification.
